1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between zt77 (referred to as "the platform", "we" or "zt77") and any person who registers an account, makes a deposit or uses any service available at zt77.win (referred to as "you", "the player" or "the user").

By creating an account at zt77, you confirm that you have read these terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.

These terms apply to all products and services on the zt77 platform including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo and any promotional offers. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or game types and will be stated clearly alongside those offers.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open an account with zt77 and use the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

If you provide false information during registration, zt77 reserves the right to close your account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

3. Your Account

You are solely responsible for keeping your zt77 login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential and secure. zt77 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact zt77 support immediately through the Help section inside your account.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Do not allow another person to use your account to place bets or play games.
• Do not use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with your account or the platform.
• Keep your registered contact details up to date at all times.

zt77 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any balance within it to another person under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on zt77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and eligible PKR debit or credit cards.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. zt77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before a withdrawal can be approved. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but zt77 aims to process all approved requests promptly.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• zt77 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• Any bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• zt77 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud or security checks.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all zt77 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, household, device and IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money balance is used first when placing bets, unless stated differently in a promotion's terms.
• zt77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice, subject to any ongoing wagering obligations being honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, or using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time limit, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Sports Betting Rules

zt77 offers sports betting on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or edit a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play odds change continuously during live matches and the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum required play has been completed, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are published in the platform's betting rules section.
• zt77 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any event or market at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical error or obvious pricing mistake, zt77 reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have been settled.
• PSL and cricket in-play markets close and reopen between overs and at other break points during live play. Bets placed after an event outcome has effectively been determined but before the market has closed may be voided.

7. Casino & Games

zt77's casino section includes live casino tables, slots and bingo. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, are operated by real dealers via live video stream. Game outcomes are independent and not influenced by previous results or by zt77.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is provided by the game supplier and is available in the game's information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the hand or spin will be completed as normal and the result will be recorded in your account history.
• If a game malfunctions or produces an error during play, the affected round may be voided and your stake will be returned.
• Bingo game rules, ticket prices and prize structures are displayed inside each bingo room before you purchase tickets.
• zt77 reserves the right to remove or replace games in the casino library at any time without notice.

Live casino games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the individual game studio providing the stream. Any dispute arising from a live casino game will be reviewed against the studio's own game logs and records.

8. Player Conduct

zt77 expects all players to use the platform fairly and honestly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Opening more than one account on the zt77 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in games or the betting platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or dealers to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing zt77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or platform systems without authorisation.

zt77 uses automated monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, suspicious account activity and potential fraud. Players whose activity triggers these systems may have their accounts reviewed and temporarily restricted while the review is in progress.

9. Privacy & Data

zt77 collects personal information from players during registration and through ongoing use of the platform. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions and comply with security obligations.

10. Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance or promotional winnings may be forfeited. You may also request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.

12. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

• zt77 will not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions, delays or technical failures outside of its reasonable control.
• zt77 will not be liable for losses resulting from a player's own failure to read and understand these terms or the rules of any game or betting market.
• zt77 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind.
• zt77's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these terms limits zt77's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

zt77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date shown at the top of the page.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights as a player, zt77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through in-platform notifications or the contact details on file. Your continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
